TAMESIDE, Oldham, Glossop and Stockport Mind is inviting residents to get into the festive spirit with a Christmas wreath-making workshop in Denton next month.
The charity will host the fundraising event at St George’s Community Centre on Windmill Lane on Tuesday, November 24, from 7pm to 9pm.
The workshop will give attendees the chance to get creative and make their own Christmas wreath to take home, while raising money to support mental health services in the local community.
Suitable for all abilities, the session will provide all the materials needed, alongside expert guidance to help participants create their festive decorations.
Guests will also be able to enjoy seasonal refreshments, including hot chocolate, mulled wine and mince pies.
Tickets cost £35, with all proceeds going directly back into Tameside, Oldham, Glossop and Stockport Mind to help the charity continue its work supporting people experiencing mental health difficulties across the area.
Those interested in attending can purchase tickets by visiting togsmind.org/wreathmaking.
