POLICE are appealing for information after a man was allegedly robbed at knifepoint in Hyde town centre.
The victim was approached by a group of boys on Market Street.
The incident happened between 9.40pm and 10pm on Thursday, February 20.
According to Greater Manchester Police, the group threatened the man with a knife before stealing several items, including his mobile phone, a Burberry coat and a silver chain.
Officers are now urging anyone who may have witnessed the robbery, or who was in the area at the time, to come forward as enquiries continue.
Police are particularly keen to hear from anyone who may have captured the incident on mobile phones, CCTV systems, doorbell cameras or dashcams.
