MOSSLEY AFC have brought a ‘club legend’ back to Seel Park with the signing of Ben Richardson.
After a stint at neighbours Stalybridge Celtic, the defender has returned to the Lilywhites, for whom he has made 212 appearances and scored 25 goals.
And the 34-year-old, who is starting an incredible fifth spell and a 10th season at Mossley, is ready to help finish off what David Fish’s squad started.
Richardson said: “Personally, I’m really happy to be back and I’m looking forward to putting the shirt back on.
“Collectively, the lads have put us in a good position going into the back end of the season and we’ve got to keep our focus on getting in the play-offs as anything but would be a disappointment.”
