MOSSLEY will soon see more reasons to stop and stare as its Painting The Town art trail gets bigger.
After a number of pieces were unveiled at locations around the town, several more are set to be put in place.

One has gone up at Mossley Home Improvement Centre on Manchester Road, while at least five more have found locations.
These are Goldsmiths of Mossley on Arundel Street, George Lawton Hall – which will see more than one put in, Chadwick and Hadfield Chemist on its Mill Street side and at Emmaus’ base on Queen Street.
It is also hoped locally-based Raja Brothers will agree a sponsorship deal with Mossley Town Team, which organizes and runs Painting The Town.
One of the paintings put in place down the line will be done by pupils at Mossley Hollins High School and Mossley Town Team has already made contact with its new art teacher.
Painting The Town has proved a valuable addition to Mossley, with a number of artists, including Chris Cyprus, getting involved.
