GMP has charged a man following numerous reports of a house party on Currier Lane in Ashton-under-Lyne.
Residents took to social media regarding noise nuisance in the area with many frustrated with an apparent disregard of lockdown procedures.
24 -year-old Macauley Orme, has been charged with possession of a controlled substance.
He has been bailed and will appear before Tameside Magistrates later this week (May 21).
As a result, a Closure Notice was granted by the Court, which will remain in place until Friday (May 1) and prohibits anyone other than the tenant from entering the property.
