FAMILIES can enjoy a curry alongside some familiar faces as Hyde Fundraisers hosts a special charity dining event in Audenshaw.
The volunteer group will present A Character Curry at the award-winning Indian Plaza on Audenshaw Road on Tuesday, February 16, 2027, from 6pm.
Characters including Grogu, Batman, The Predator, Laurel and Hardy and Tigger are set to make appearances during the evening, with more promised.
The family-friendly event will combine the character experience with an Indian meal, including poppadoms and chutneys followed by a curry.
Money raised will support BBC Children in Need and other charities through the work of Hyde Fundraisers.
The group has a long history of organising events and making character appearances to raise money for good causes.
Tickets cost £22 for adults and £8 for children aged under 10, with a deposit required to secure places.
The event is being organised by Hyde Fundraisers volunteers with support from Denise Ward and the management of Indian Plaza.
Places can be booked by calling 0161 371 7474.
Indian Plaza is at 90 Audenshaw Road, Audenshaw, M34 5HP.
