A care provider has appointed an experienced social care professional to lead its new complex services division.
Clare Murray has joined Compassionate Care Group as Director of Complex Services, with a focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred and clinically safe care in Tameside.
With 20 years’ experience across adult and children’s social care, Clare has developed extensive expertise in complex clinical care.
She has previously held registered manager and head of complex services positions and has worked alongside nurses, clinicians and wider multidisciplinary teams for more than 15 years.
In her new role, Clare will oversee the delivery of care aimed at promoting clients’ wellbeing, dignity and independence, while supporting positive outcomes.
She also plans to build a team of clinicians and support workers over the coming months, with a focus on safe and effective person-centred care.

As well as developing the new complex care division, Clare has ambitions to progress her own career in quality and clinical governance and help establish Compassionate Care Group as a centre of excellence.
The group provides a range of care and support services, including supported living, homecare, mental healthcare, emergency accommodation and respite care, children’s outreach and specialist support.
