Parents looking ahead to future school places are being invited to visit St Raphael’s Catholic Primary School in Stalybridge as admissions open for Nursery and Reception pupils.
The school has confirmed that places are available for children starting in Nursery in 2026 and Reception in 2027, with families encouraged to arrange a visit to see the school and meet staff.
St Raphael’s, which was rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted in July 2024, says pupils “make strong progress through the curriculum” and “enjoy school.”
The school has also announced expanded before and after school childcare provision, now available from 7.30am until 5.30pm for all pupils. The provision includes breakfast and after-school snacks, activities and support from school staff, with 24/7 online booking now available.
