Residents are being invited to start their day with a purpose at a special fundraising breakfast event in Guide Bridge.
The Brilliant Breakfast will take place at Guide Bridge Theatre on April 17, raising money to support The King’s Trust.
Organisers say the event aims to help young women across the UK access education, employment and training opportunities, particularly those facing challenges such as childcare responsibilities and low confidence.
Guests can expect more than just a meal, with Age UK also attending to demonstrate the benefits of armchair exercise. There will also be a gift stall, activities and opportunities to socialise.
Tickets are priced at £7.50, with every penny raised going directly towards supporting young women through The King’s Trust programmes.
Organisers are encouraging people to come along, enjoy a breakfast and play a part in helping others build a brighter future.
