YOUNG creatives from across Tameside are being given the chance to see their work displayed and sold at a special children’s art exhibition in Ashton-under-Lyne.
Parents and carers are invited to submit, free of charge, their child’s artwork in advance.
The event will take place at 4C Community Centre on Taunton Road on Sunday, March 29, from 11am to 3pm, and is open to budding artists aged 16 and under.
The 4C team will frame the pieces and display them as part of the centre’s arts and crafts festival, where they will be sold to help raise funds towards the running of the community hub.
A spokesperson for 4C said: “This is a wonderful opportunity for children and young people to showcase their talent, boost their confidence and help raise money for the centre at the same time.”
Entry packs can be requested by emailing Josie at josie@4ccommunitycentre.org.uk
