The asking price is £99,950 plus stock at valuation (SAV).

The bistro and pizzeria says it specialises in crafting authentic wood-fired Neapolitan pizza that “captures the essence of Italian tradition”, with a menu inspired by Sicilian cuisine.
A new lease with a minimum term of five years is available at £750 per month, subject to contract.

Giuseppe’s opened in 2023 and has built a strong reputation locally. The business holds a five-star food hygiene rating, operates an all-electric kitchen and has recently benefited from a £40,000 fit-out.
