BUSINESSES of all sectors and sizes across Tameside are being invited to start 2026 with fresh ideas and new connections.
The first Tameside Means Business networking event of the new year is almost upon us.
Taking place on Friday, January 16, from 9am to 1pm, the free event will be hosted at Curzon Ashton Football Club and has a packed agenda designed to help local organisations grow, collaborate and thrive.
The Tameside Means Business network has become a key fixture in the borough’s business calendar, bringing together entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), public sector partners and larger employers under one roof.
This month’s event will set the tone for the year ahead, offering attendees the chance to build valuable local relationships, strengthen supply chains and increase trade within Tameside.
Alongside high-quality networking, businesses can expect updates on the latest developments across Tameside, as well as information on fully-funded training, support programmes and initiatives available to help organisations upskill, innovate and grow.
Whether you’re a start-up looking to make your first local connections, or an established business keen to expand your network and explore new opportunities, the January event is designed to offer something for everyone.
Tickets are free but booking is essential. Businesses can secure their place by booking on Eventbrite here.
