SANTA is dusting off his boots and polishing the sleigh as Hyde Rotary Club prepares to bring festive magic to streets across town this December.
The club has revealed where the big man will be visiting, joined by volunteers and Rotarians to hand out sweets and Christmas cards to children.
Families whose streets aren’t on this year’s list are encouraged to head to nearby routes and catch Santa as he passes through.
With the Rotary club made up of a small team of members, they’re asking residents for understanding – and an extra pair of hands if anyone is able to help.
Routes may change depending on weather, road conditions or volunteer numbers.
Each evening route runs from 6.30pm to 8pm, and Santa will also be making two weekend supermarket stops for families who prefer to meet him in one place.
