TAMESIDE families can look forward to a day filled with festive cheer as The Anthony Seddon Fund holds its Christmas Fair.
Free entry and a warm welcome for all ages will be guaranteed on Saturday, November 29.
It will run from 11am to 3pm at the charity’s base on George Street in Ashton-under-Lyne, with every penny raised helping to support vital mental health services across Tameside.
Children will have the exciting opportunity to meet Father Christmas and take home a gift from Santa’s Grotto. It’s £5 per child and, as spaces are limited, booking is advised here.
Visitors can also explore an array of festive stalls, clothing and craft stands featuring local makers and independent businesses – perfect for picking up unique Christmas gifts and decorations.
A bake sale and a selection of hot dogs, homemade cakes, mulled wine, hot chocolates and mince pies will be available, while festive tunes will provide a joyful backdrop.
There will also be hand massage sessions for £5 and a children’s colouring competition, with a prize for the standout entry.
Every contribution will help fund The Anthony Seddon Fund’s mental health support services, community programmes and wellbeing activities across the borough.
