A LAW firm based in Ashton-under-Lyne has kicked off the new season by backing a string of grassroots sports clubs across Tameside and beyond.
Bromleys Solicitors has agreed fresh sponsorship deals with Curzon Ashton, Stalybridge Celtic and Tintwistle Athletic football clubs, while also renewing its support for East Cheshire Harriers & Tameside Athletics Club.

At Curzon Ashton, Bromleys’ familiar ‘B’ logo will once again appear on the sleeves of the men’s and women’s first team kits in a deal covering this season and next.
The firm also remains the club’s legal and media partner and sponsor of its 3G community pitch, which is used by thousands every week for everything from junior leagues to walking football and veterans’ games.
Curzon director Paul McHugh said: “We are delighted to be renewing and continuing our partnership with Bromleys Solicitors. The firm has supported the club in a variety of capacities over the years since its initial sponsorship in the 2017/18 season, and we are thrilled to announce that for the next two seasons Bromleys will once again be our official club media partner and community pitch sponsor.”

Stalybridge Celtic are also benefiting, with a two-year deal that includes pitchside branding and flags bearing the Bromleys logo forming a guard of honour at home games – waved by children from local schools and community groups.
Tintwistle Athletic, a community club boasting 39 teams across seven leagues, has seen its under-8 Blacks kitted out thanks to Bromleys.
Coach Jake Connor said: “We’re extremely grateful to Bromleys Solicitors for its generous sponsorship of the team this season, and for providing us with fantastic new kits and training tops. The firm’s support is truly invaluable and will make such a positive difference to the kids, helping them feel proud, confident and part of something special.”

Meanwhile, East Cheshire Harriers & Tameside Athletics Club has secured two more years of headline backing.
Club secretary Mark Ormston said: “Having a loyal partner like Bromleys means a great deal to our club. By renewing its support for another two years, Bromleys has provided us with a guaranteed income and vital financial stability, allowing us to plan ahead with confidence and continue delivering opportunities for people of all ages to get active and involved.”
Bromleys’ managing partner Paul Westwell added: “Our support is a source of pride for our staff, as these clubs play a vital role in the communities that we serve. We wish all of them a successful season ahead.”
