FAMILIES are being invited to enjoy a day making memories with a wide range of fun-filled activities.
The 4C Community Centre in Ashton-under-Lyne will soon be holding its annual Community Fun Day.
It takes place at the centre on Taunton Road on Saturday, July 5, from 1pm to 5pm.
There will be game stalls outside, free bouncy castles for the children, a DJ and performers to keep everyone entertained.
That’s not all, there will be a BBQ to feast on and plenty of local business stalls to browse too.
Not to be missed is the great 4C Bake Off which will be judged by Emma Jones from Perry Jones Funeral Services, one of the event sponsors; the Civic Mayor of Tameside Councillor Shibley Alam; and local food reviewer Peety Scranz.
It’s free to take part, with prizes awarded for first, second and third place. Cakes will be judged at 12.30pm and the winner will be announced shortly after the Fun Day opens.
Anyone who would like to take part in the competition can email josie@4ccommunitycentre.org.uk for an entry pack.
