THERE will be an international flavour to a festival that will see the pints flowing for beer lovers.
Two Tameside pubs will be showcasing a range of 30 real ales, including five from overseas brewers in Italy, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and the United States.

The Ash Tree in Ashton-under-Lyne and The Society Rooms in Stalybridge will host the festival from Wednesday, March 5, to Sunday, March 16.
Beer enthusiasts will be in for a treat as a number of the drinks will be brewed exclusively for the festival at the Wetherspoons establishments.
Among the festival collection are vegan beers, a range of different malt and hop varieties, and beers including cherries and cocoa beans in their ingredients.
Three third-of-a-pint tasters will also be available for the price of a pint – which will be £2.15.

Tasting notes on all of the beers can be accessed in the pub as part of the festival magazine. All ales can be ordered at the bar or via the Wetherspoon app.
Liza Braddock, manager of the Grosvenor Street venue in Stalybridge, said the festival will be ‘a great celebration of real ale’.
She said: “It will allow us to showcase a selection of superb beers, featuring beers not previously available to our customers in the pub, including those from brewers as far afield as Australia and New Zealand, as well as those closer to home, over a 12-day period.”
