SHOPPERS now have the opportunity to support a beloved local theatre.
Audenshaw’s Guide Bridge Theatre is now one of many community projects signed up to Co-op’s Local Community Fund initiative.
Co-op members help raise funds for local projects they care about and is a fantastic way for the community to make a difference.
Through the Co-op Local Community Fund, members can choose to support a wide range of causes, and this year, Guide Bridge Theatre has been selected as one of the featured projects.
Co-op works in partnership with thousands of local causes each year, helping them raise vital funds to improve their communities.
Since its inception in 2020, the Co-op Local Community Fund has distributed over £58 million to more than 20,500 unique community projects across the UK, supporting everything from local charities to arts and culture initiatives. The fund helps these projects meet their goals, whether that be enhancing facilities, providing services, or creating new opportunities for the people they serve.
How You Can Help
Co-op members can raise funds for Guide Bridge Theatre simply by choosing the theatre as their preferred cause. Every time a member shops at Co-op, a percentage of what they spend goes directly to the theatre. It’s a simple, yet powerful way for members to support a cause that is close to their hearts.
To get involved and start supporting Guide Bridge Theatre, simply visit the Co-op Local Community Fund page at this link, where you can select the theatre as your chosen cause.
