Take a chance on Abba tribute band at Tameside theatre

AN ABBA tribute band who have performed all around the world will soon be leaving audiences in Tameside feeling head over heels.

When all is said and done, The Abberettes will be bringing a show full of disco classics to Guide Bridge Theatre.

With party music aplenty and numerous costumes to boot, the duo who are the sound-a-like Agnetha and Frida from the original Swedish pop group will also be supported by local artists on stage.

Laura Mac and Amanda Kay, who make up The Abberettes, have established themselves in the tribute world and performed at Millgate Arts Centre in Saddleworth as recently as February.

ABBA’s greatest hits will be the name of the game at the Audenshaw venue on Saturday, September 28 – with a 2.30pm matinee and 7.30pm evening show.
