A MAN’S body has been recovered from a home in Carrbrook in a large emergency response.
Greater Manchester Police and ambulance officers attended the property on Friezland Close on the evening of Friday, August 23.

And the force has confirmed to The Correspondent a body was found inside – but there are no suspicious circumstances.
A GMP spokesperson said: “At about 7:30pm on Friday, August 23, police were called to reports of a concern for the welfare of a man at an address of Friezland Close, Stalybridge.
“Officers attended and sadly found the body of a 60-year-old man.
“There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances and a file has been passed to the coroner.”
