A DENTON man has been remanded in custody for a week after appearing in court charged with violent disorder.
Anthony Livesey, of Moorfield Avenue, was one of six people who appeared in connection with incidents across Greater Manchester.
And after appearing at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Friday, August 9, he has been committed to crown court for sentence.
The 31-year-old will now appear at Manchester Crown Court on Friday, August 16.
According to court documents, Livesey was remanded as he is ‘likely to offend’ and the nature and seriousness of the offence.
David McCrea, of Partington Street, Manchester, and Colin Demulder, of Altrincham Road, Manchester, also appeared after being charged with violent disorder.
Three boys, who cannot be named for legal reasons, were also charged with the same offence.
