TWO solicitors are taking the next steps in their legal careers at a Tameside law firm.
Felicity Drinkwater and Charlotte Ellingham have been promoted to Associate Solicitors in the Care Team at Bromleys Solicitors.
Felicity joined the firm based in Ashton-under-Lyne in 2019 and has 16 years of experience as a family lawyer.
She studied Law at The University of Manchester and worked for Brooke-Taylor Solicitors in Buxton after qualifying as a solicitor in 2008.

“I am proud of my recent promotion to Associate Solicitor within our well-renowned care team, and especially proud to have been able to contribute to our recent successes in the Manchester Legal Sector this year,” Felicity said.
Charlotte graduated in 2011 from Lancaster University, where she studied Law and Criminology. After training at a law firm in Northampton, she qualified in 2016 and has specialised in care proceedings.
“I am so pleased to have been promoted to Associate Solicitor within the Bromleys Care Team,” said Charlotte, who joined the firm in 2021.
“The department has an excellent reputation which really motivated me to join the team here, and I am very pleased to be continuing to work alongside our team to provide the highest quality legal support for our clients and community.”
The news marks another positive moment for the law firm, which recently celebrated being named Small Firm of the Year at the Manchester Legal Awards and being shortlisted for ‘Large Business of the Year’ at the Pride of Tameside Business Awards.
