Mossley School of Dance to show its Pure Imagination

ALMOST 50 years of bringing dance to the people of Mossley will be celebrated at a fundraising show.

Mossley School of Dance has been helping people in the town benefit from its specialism in ballet, tap and modern since it was formed in 1975.

Now George Lawton Hall will become a scene of Pure Imagination as its yearly showcase is sure to wow the audience once more.

This year’s performance showcases songs from beloved productions like Aladdin, Matilda, Wonka and The Barbie Movie.

And as well as showing off the skills founder and principal Marjorie Nield has passed on, with teachers Catherine Stelfox and Rachel McKechnie instructing pupils, it will also benefit good causes.

For this year, the show on Friday, May 17 and Saturday, May 18 will raise funds for the NSPCC and Young Lives vs Cancer.

Tickets for Pure Imagination are priced at £10 each and can be bought by clicking:
