A CHURCH in Ashton-under-Lyne is opening its doors to the local community for two upcoming events.
Albion Church is holding its Craft Fair and Plant Sale on Saturday, May 11, from 11am to 3pm.
Admission will be £1, which includes a drink from the cafe – which will also be serving refreshments.
Everyone is welcome to attend.
The Stamford Street East venue will also be helping to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Society on Monday, May 13 – which is the start of Dementia Action Week.
From 12.45pm to 3pm, people living with dementia – as well as their carers and supporters – are invited to have a sing-a-long at a ‘Music and Memories’ event.
