MOSSLEY Community Centre and St John’s Church had a ‘tree-mendous’ time hosting its annual Christmas Tree Festival transforming both locations into a winter wonderland filled with twinkling trees adorned with festive decorations.
Local community groups and businesses showcased their creativity in decorating the trees, sponsored by generous contributions from local businesses.
Each tree was uniquely decorated. Mossley AFC’s tree had baubles of their players and manager wearing Christmas hats while our very own Correspondent tree was decorated to celebrate the 150 year anniversary of St George Primary School.
Entertainment took centre stage with performances from local bands and groups, including Good Vibrations, St John’s Band, Spring Chickens, MUGS, and Mossamba.
