LOCAL community artist Gordon Banks will be dropping into Dukinfield Library Club to hold a fascinating visual arts session.
People can join in the fun with an array of mythical creatures and hear about Gordon’s 30-year artistic career, which has seen him specialise in 3D, create murals and sculpture trails, and collaborate with schools and community organisations.
‘Giants, Witches and Dragons: A Life in the Visual Arts by Gordon Banks’ will be at the library on Concord Way on Wednesday, September 13, between 10.30am and 11.30am.
Dukinfield Library Club is free and all adults are welcome. You can just turn up on the day and refreshments will be provided.
The club also meets at the library on the second Wednesday of every month.
