SUPPORTERS of Mossley AFC and Bury AFC showed their charitable side by donating hundreds of Easter eggs.
And the Seel Park club is doing its bit for people in the town by handing them over to Mossley Food Bank.
The Lilywhites asked fans to give kindly as they wanted to help the good cause, which operates from The Rowans in Micklehurst.
Its five-match agreement to host Bury AFC matches this season also proved beneficial as many of their followers joined in after hearing about the appeal.
That meant Shakers supporters added to what was already a big pile, meaning more people in the area received one.
And volunteers from the host club gave hampers full of the sweet treats to the Food Bank, which then delivered them to those who use it.
