Ashton-under-Lyne man guilty of sexual touching

AN ASHTON man will be sentenced next month after being found guilty of sexually touching a teenager.

Kieran Stradomsky denied the offence, which took place on Tuesday, July 6 in Stalybridge.

But at a summary trial, the 29-year-old was found guilty of ‘intentionally touching a girl and that touching was sexual when she did not consent and you did not reasonably believe that she was consenting,’

Now he will face sentencing at Manchester’s Minshull Street Crown Court on Tuesday, October 18 for the offence against a 15-year-old.
