Keogh and Bentley dominate awards

CAPTAIN Andy Keogh landed a hat-trick of awards at Mossley AFC’s end-of-season presentation night.

The midfielder was the fans’ player of the year as well as landing the same award from Mossleyweb and the away days’ group.

Midfielder Kane Hickman collected two trophies, manager’s player of the season and the best goal of the campaign, his strike against Bootle.

The players’ player of the season went to central defender Devon Matthews.

Leading goalscorer Kenzie Bentley dominated the awards for Mossley AFC Women, also claiming three awards.

She was named supporters’ player of the year, manager’s player of the season and had the best goal against Hyde United,

The only one she failed to land was the players’ player of the year which went to Megan Dickin.
