TAMESIDE still has the highest rate of Covid-19 infections in Greater Manchester, despite reporting a drop in the latest figures.
The number of cases per 100,000 has fallen from 118.3 to 109.5 for the week ending March 26 as Tameside is one of six of the 10 boroughs to have experienced falls.
Oldham, Manchester and Trafford had increases while Rochdale remained unchanged.
Admissions to Greater Manchester hospitals with Covid-19 in the week ending March 29 increased from 46 to 55.
The number of patients in critical care reduced from 66 to 56 and the number of Covid patients in hospitals fell from 309 to 296.
