Home FA Cup ties for three local sides

Hyde United, Stalybridge Celtic and Mossley have all been handed home ties in the second qualifying round of the Emirates FA Cup.

The Tigers have the toughest task as they play AFC Fylde at Ewen Fields on Saturday, October 3.

The Coasters, who were recently relegated from the National League to National League North, will be a formidable challenge.

Stalybridge Celtic play North West Counties League, first division north side Longridge Town, who they beat 4-0 away in a pre-season friendly, at Bower Fold.

Mossley, meanwhile, entertain Tadcaster Albion in an all Northern Premier League, north west division clash.

Ashton United face South Shields at home while Curzon host FC United

The winners of each tie will receive £3,375 with the losers picking up £1,125.
