CURZON Ashton have suffered relegation heartbreak on a dramatic final day of the National League North season.
The Nash came away with a 3-3 draw from their trip to Alfreton Town, courtesy of Tony Weston’s 99th minute equaliser.

However, other results meant their 11-year stay at that level ended, with Curzon going down on goal difference, behind Kings Lynn Town and Hereford.
As a result, they will play in the Northern Premier League Premier Division next season.
That means a derby clash with Ashton United will be in the fixture calendar, along with a trip across Tameside to Hyde United.
