KULA Flow Yoga opened its doors just three months ago and has already become a welcoming and inclusive space for people looking to practise yoga in a supportive environment.
Based on the belief that yoga is for everyone, the studio offers a calm and friendly setting where people of all ages and abilities can move, breathe and feel at ease.
Located on Demesne Drive, Stalybridge, the studio has quickly built a sense of community both on and off the mat. In its short time open, Kula Flow Yoga has raised funds for Cancer Research and Dogs Trust, reflecting a strong commitment to giving back locally and nationally.
The studio offers six different classes throughout the week, with options suitable for beginners through to those with an established practice. Flexible booking options are available, including drop-in sessions, class passes and discounted rates for people aged over 60.
Whether someone is new to yoga or looking for a regular practice in a welcoming space, Kula Flow Yoga aims to provide a supportive home for movement and wellbeing.
Classes can be booked online at momoyoga.com/kulaflowyoga.
