A drop-in event is coming up to find out more about the opportunities available to make a difference in Mossley.
Emmaus Mossley will open its doors on Saturday, September 6, from 10am to 4pm to individuals who want to volunteer – and to the groups who need them.
The Open Day – organised by Mossley Town Team alongside Emmaus Mossley – aims to connect local people with charities, clubs and organisations looking for support.
The event will showcase the many ways people can contribute – whether you’re passionate about helping a cause, keen to develop new skills, wish to meet new people, or want to get involved in the local community.
Visitors will be able to enjoy a cuppa and something to eat in the Emmaus café, while they chat with community groups and explore the opportunities on offer.
