LIVE entertainment, learning bike skills and a Dog Show are just some of the activities on offer at a Family Fun Day.
The annual event in Stamford Park, organised by Tameside Council, returns later this month.
The attractions commence in the flagship Victorian park on the Stalybridge-Ashton border on Sunday, April 27, from midday until 4pm.

With spring in full bloom, visitors will be able to explore everything the park has to offer – from the water feature, aviary and Highfield Pavilion cafe – which will be serving a variety of refreshments.
With something for all ages, there will be face painting, crafts, birds of prey, a climbing wall, live music and walkabout performers.
Other attractions include the Tameside Youth Service providing an opportunity for young people to learn bike skills and there will be a demonstration for a Trishaw.
A highlight for pet owners will be the RSPCA’s fun Dog Show, which will feature categories such as the Waggiest Tail and the Best Biscuit Catcher. Entry is £2 per class, with registration starting at midday before the show begins at 1pm.
Visitors are being encouraged to travel by public transport, bike or on foot as parking around the park is limited and mostly residents only, although there is a pay and display car park off nearby Darnton Road for those arriving by car. The event is also strictly smoke free.
Councillor Laura Boyle, Tameside Council’s Executive Member for Environmental Services and Neighbourhoods, said: “As always, the Spring Family Fun Day is a great day out for all ages, giving everyone the opportunity to celebrate the arrival of Spring and make the most of this beautiful park and hopefully some nice weather.”
