Care home appeals for Christmas crackers

A CARE home in Ashton-under-Lyne is appealing for help so that its residents can have a cracking Christmas.

Hurst Hall Care Centre is looking for donations of Christmas crackers as part of its festive celebrations.

Any donations would be gratefully received by the centre’s Wellbeing Team or general office.

Donations can be dropped off at the centre on Kings Road, opposite Bradley’s Bakery, in Hurst Cross.

The centre offers residential care to a maximum of 50 people and can deliver care for dementia, old age, physical disabilities and for younger adults.
