AS Coronation fever hits Tameside and the country gets ready to crown its new monarch, crafty creations are starting to pop up across the borough
A colourful post box topper has been lovingly placed on Ambleside, Ridge Hill in Stalybridge ahead of Royal celebrations in May.
The carefully crocheted design captures King Charles III in his Royal carriage, the crown and throne along with a couple of guards in traditional uniform.
The miniature Royals are the work of local residents from the ‘Knit and Natter’ community group at Stalybridge Baptist Church
Well done to you all. It’s wonderful.
