A CALL has gone out from 12th Ashton Scout Group to find more Beavers, Cubs and Scouts to join their ranks and also Leaders and Supporters to help them.
At their recent AGM, chair Emily Morris reported everything is ticking along nicely and treasurer Lynn Egan reported the accounts are up-to-date and the new group executive was agreed.
Group Scout Leader Phil Rogers said they could do with some more help but his small team has managed to keep Scouting going in Crowhill Ashton.

He went on to present badges to the Beavers Karter, Emily, Madison, Bobby and Parker, which included Animal Friend badges, Communication badges, Teamwork Challenge badges and One Year Joining In badge.
The Cubs Elliot M and Elliot W Caitlyn received Local Knowledge badge, Disability Awareness badge, Three Year Joining In badge and Cub Teamwork Challenge badge.
Scouts Maja and Dylan received between them Teamwork Challenge, Local Knowledge badge, a Three Year Joining In badge and a Four Year Joining In badge.
Alan Fish, from North Tameside Scouts, said he was very proud of 12th Scouts as the Leaders have had a difficult year but their Scouts have still managed to get lots of badges.
