A DUKINFIELD man will stand trial accused of stealing £30,000 worth of lead from a Stalybridge school.
Charlie Williams denies taking the metal from West Hill between June 27 and 29, as well as two assault charges.
Now the 29-year-old will face trial on all three at Tameside Magistrates Court on March 29.
Williams pleaded not guilty to all three charges when he appeared at the Ashton court on December 23.
The alleged assaults took place in Dukinfield on September 3 and he has elected to stand trial at the March date.
Williams, of Brunswick Street and whose full name is Charlie Brown Kiop Williams, is currently on bail.
He is not allowed to enter West Hill School or attempt to contact either of his alleged victims.
