A FAMILIAR face from the local legal world, Karen Kenyon has joined the team at Pearson Solicitors and Financial Advisers and is looking forward to welcoming clients old and new.
The local law firm is well known and have been operating in Tameside, Mossley, Saddleworth and Oldham for many years.
During the past year, several new members of staff have joined the growing firm and two new offices are planned.
“In 2020 it was a strange year for many businesses, but by embracing hybrid working we have been able to develop and expand in 2021,” said practice manager and partner, Joanne Ormston.
We are family friendly and provide flexible working for our teams while remaining focused and professional for clients.
“We have also gone back to our roots and to local offices serving our community. We know a friendly familiar face is important to clients and so I am delighted Karen has joined us.”
Karen brings 30 years of experience as a family law solicitor and her area of expertise is divorce and associated financial settlement work.
She was previously a partner at law firm Harold Stock for many years, but said she’s delighted to join Pearson.
“When people come to me often they are distressed and at the end of their tether and I thrive on meeting my clients and getting the right results for them, leaving them happy and hopeful at the end,” added Karen.
“I am really looking forward to this new challenge with the bigger family and child care team at Pearson and look forward to clients getting in touch with me directly.”
