My Property Club takes the concept of a family-orientated business to heart and prides itself on a mission to put customers first at every step.

Floyd Paterson, owner of My Property Club, said: “We did a lot of market research before we launched My Property Club, and found many recurring issues with estate agents.

“The service was just abysmal, from delays in returning customer calls to no-shows at property viewings, so it clued us up to the massive gap in the market for quality service.

“My Property Club is all about offering the best service possible and prioritising our customers. If they call us, we ring back within the hour and if they want an appointment, that is our top priority.

“If they want to invest in property abroad, if they wanted advice on property bonds or any other type of property investments, we have the know-how and experience to help them.”

Since its launch in late January, the business has grown rapidly and is fast becoming one of the many local success stories to emerge from the pandemic.

Their stylish new offices on Hyde Road, Denton, is home to a close-knit team of dedicated employees who tick all the real estate boxes.

Floyd continued: “I’m very proud of the team that we have here. We are very much a club in our own little way, and we want all our customers to feel a part of that club as well.
