MILLBROOK Primary was transformed to create a winter wonderland experience.
The children participated in a 12 days of Christmas scavenger hunt in the festively decorated forest followed by hot chocolate by the campfire and a visit from reindeer.
The reindeer visit was made possible by a donation of £300 from the Mabel Wilson Fund, thanks to Councillor Clive Patrick and Joanne Walker.
Actors from Oldham Coliseum also visited school bringing a socially distanced pantomime to each of the class bubbles. The children had great fun with Cinderella and one of the ugly sisters.
Millbrook Primary has been trying to give the children as many of the usual Christmas experiences as possible.
The Early Years nativity is being filmed this year so that parents can view it online and the children will be having remote visits with Father Christmas.
