Stalybridge man jailed for breach of suspended prison sentence

A STALYBRIDGE man has been jailed to failing to comply with the terms of a suspended prison sentence.

Nathan Kinder, 25, must serve 14 weeks after admitting the offences.

Kinder failed to attend appointments with his case manager and the court heard it was his second breach.

The original suspended sentence related to Kinder stealing £2,100 from a woman in Bolton for which he was handed a 15-week term suspended for 12 months and two drug driving offences for which he was given a two prison sentence for each, again suspended for 12 months.
