A HAIR stylist in Hyde says she is honoured to have been shortlisted for a top business award.
Poppy Jackson – the founder of Picture Me Prestige – is a finalist in the Young Entrepreneur of the Year category at this year’s UK Small Business Awards.
Working independently while renting a chair, Poppy says she has built her brand from scratch and developed a loyal client base through her distinctive style, high-end transformations and strong social media presence.

Picture Me Prestige – based on Manchester Road – has become known for its minimalist aesthetic and luxury feel, attracting clients from across Greater Manchester.
“Being recognised in the UK Small Business Awards means so much to me,” said Poppy.
“It represents years of dedication, creativity and passion poured into helping clients feel their absolute best. I’ve built this brand from the ground up, and to be shortlisted among so many inspiring businesses is truly an honour.”
The UK Small Business Awards celebrate independent businesses that demonstrate creativity, resilience, and innovation, with a focus on championing small enterprises that thrive outside corporate structures.
The winners will be announced later this year.
The Correspondent recently reported that Pups & Dreams Spa & Academy – a dog grooming salon in Denton – is also in the running for an award in the Best New Business category.
