New flame and ice restaurant coming to Hyde town centre

A FRESH addition to Hyde’s food scene is on the way, as Flame and Ice prepares to open its doors on Market Place.

The new eatery is taking over the former Pop double unit overlooking the square. While the restaurant had originally hoped to launch in June, work is still ongoing inside the premises, and an official opening date has yet to be confirmed.

Flame and Ice promises a menu centred around its signature “flaming smash burgers,” made with 100 per cent British beef, paired with fresh vegetables, toppings and a selection of secret sauces.

Diners can also expect chicken and plant-based options, as well as loaded specials designed to showcase the brand’s bold approach to flavour.

It’s not just about savoury dishes either. The restaurant will also serve a wide choice of sweet treats, including flavoured shakes, bubble waffles and doughnuts – all prepared with an emphasis on freshness and indulgence.

With its prime Market Place location and views across the square, the venue is set to become a prominent addition to Hyde’s hospitality scene.
