AUDIENCES will be taken on a ‘hilarious rollercoaster ride’ through the lives of two mismatched roommates at Guide Bridge Theatre.
Neil Simon’s classic comedy ‘The Odd Couple’ is returning to the stage in Tameside in June.
The show portrays chaos and laughter ensuing when neat freak Felix and laid-back Oscar find themselves sharing an apartment.
From poker nights gone wrong to dating disasters – and everything in between, the theatre promises ‘uproarious comedy’ that will ‘have you in stitches from start to finish’.
They add: “Join us for an evening of side-splitting humour, unforgettable characters, and the ultimate odd couple dynamic.”
The amateur production – directed by Bev Bennett and Dafs Cocks-Evans – is presented by arrangement by Concord Theatricals Limited, on behalf of Samuel French Limited.
‘The Odd Couple’ will be at the Audenshaw Road venue from Monday, June 9, to Saturday, June 14.
Performances start at 7.30pm each evening and there will also be a 2pm matinee on Saturday. Doors open around 45 minutes before the start of the show.
