Dukinfield care home welcomes community to Christmas Fair

DUKINFIELD is gearing up for a dose of Christmas sparkle as The Beeches Care Home prepares to throw open its doors for its annual festive fair.

Staff say this year’s celebration promises all the cosy, Christmassy charm that locals have come to expect.

The much-loved event at the home on Yew Tree Lane returns on Saturday, December 6, running from 11am to 4pm.

Festive fun will be in the air at Beeches Care Home on December 6

Visitors can browse seasonal gift stalls, try their luck on a tombola, pick up homemade bakes from the cake stall, and enter a raffle packed with prizes donated by supporters.

With residents joining in the festivities and families gathering for a pre-Christmas treat, the day has become a tradition that brings neighbours together.

“We look forward to welcoming everyone to our Christmas Fair,” said the home’s manager Louise Clifford.

“It’s a wonderful chance to bring the community together, share some festive cheer, and support our residents. We’re grateful for the continued kindness and generosity shown by families, friends and local businesses.”

The fair has grown into one of the care home’s most anticipated dates of the year, offering a relaxed, friendly way for local people to step into the festive season.
