A HOUSING developer has chosen Ashton-under-Lyne to open its new North West office.
Adderstone Living, part of the Adderstone Group, is expanding across the country.
The new Ashton office will be its fourth regional base, adding to ones already in the North East, Yorkshire and the Midlands.
The office will be led by Mark Sexton, who has over 25 years of experience in housing and development.
He previously worked for 10 years at local firm Wiggett Construction Group as Development Director.
In his new role as Regional Director, Adderstone Living says Mark will lead its work in the North West. This includes building links with councils, housing associations and investors to help deliver more affordable homes.

“There’s a clear sense of purpose behind everything the business does, and I’m delighted to help grow that impact in the North West.”
