CHILDREN and adults enjoyed some creative fun at a primary school in Mossley.
Milton St John’s CE Primary welcomed the local community to the Mill Lane school for a family arts evening.
Those who went along took part in many activities including painting, drawing, modelling and crafting.
Each classroom followed a different theme and various artists were celebrated such as Jackson Pollock, Yayoi Kusama, Wassily Kandinsky and Henri Matisse.
Head teacher Lisa Gallaher said: “Local residents and families enjoyed replicating work in the style of the artists, whilst adding their own style and flair.
“Feedback from the evening was extremely positive with one parent saying they had a brilliant time and thanked all the staff for putting this on.”
