I’m currently in the process of buying a ground floor flat on Stamford Road and would like more information and a clearer view of the map ?
Why won’t Clements Court Properties Ltd (Mr Paul Miller) understand that the site is not suitable. The fact that National Rail had to do some remedial work on this site recently due to land slippage should highlight the unsuitability of this project.
This is a totally unacceptable location. An accident waiting to happen!
Traffic is bad enough in Mossley as it is without yet another building site to contend with.
This is madness, very unsuitable location for 18 homes. How would access to the site be possible, there no major road to access behind book fields.
Are you trying to steel every last inch of green space in Mossley. You really need to protect this picturesque town rather than over develop.
Has anyone looked into Bat nesting, newts and any other endangered wide life??
Has a community stakeholder meeting happen where the opinions and worries for the local residents taken place??
Living my self close to Mill Lane i can confidently say it will be such a fantstic location and will provide the new homes with some of the finest views of the valley, it so good to see new homes being created in Mossley for the multicultural generations to come. Well done and respect all round.
